Religious institutions and leaders such as sheikhs, immams, Priests and Pastors from
different religions can now download forms to get their license for authorisation to conduct marriages directly from our website.

RGMF2 is the form which is to be filled by the institution on behalf of the person intended to
conduct marriage.

Steps :-

• Download form RGMF2
  
• Fill the form
  
• Affix two(2) passport size photos for a new license, or one passport size photo for license
  renewal.
  
• Applicant's and District Commissioner's signatures
  
• Institution's stamp
  
• Five thousands (5,500) Tshs fee.

   RGMF3 is the form which is to be filled by the person intended to conduct marriages.

Steps :-

• Download form RGMF3
  
• Fill the form
  
• Affix two(2) passport size photos for a new license or one passport size photo for license renewal.
  
• Applicant's signature
  
• Five thousands (5,500) Tshs fee.
