MINISTER OF THE CONSTITUTION AND LEGAL AFFAIRS   HON. DR. HARRISON MWAKYEMBE  MEETS ALL INSTITUTIONS  WHICH RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REGISTRATION OF SOCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES.

Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs Hon. Dr. Harrison Mwakyembe has today met with representatives of government institutions that are responsible for the Register CSOs and the Board of Trustees to discuss the existence of a quality system and procedures of registering these organizations.

The Institutions providing the Registration services of CSOs including the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender and Children with Disabilities, The President Office, Regional Administration and Local Government  (TAMISEMI), The Ministry of Industry and Business and BRELA.

One of the issues to be discussed are the conditions imposed in the register, the system of verification, registration fees, rules and registration systems.

The main goal of these institutions to set  the system which ensure consistence in order the organization to fulfill the objectives of its establishment.
